Description
The TX-MAX range of manual tile cutters is perfect for the INTENSIVE processing of all types of ceramic tiles. Thanks to the powerful MULTIPUNCTURE breaker and the rotating angle system, the TX-MAX models allow easy and quick execution of angle cuts (from 0° to 45°), especially with porcelain stoneware tiles (AIa/BIa). Thanks to their high breaking power (up to 1200 kg), the TX-MAX tile cutters are excellent for processing extruded tiles and plates.

The steel pipe guides with a diameter of 30 mm, and the cutting head equipped with extra-long guide slides, provide exceptional structural strength and give the models with the highest cutting performance (TX-1020 MAX and TX-1250 MAX) maximum potential.

The forward position of the scoring wheel improves visibility of the scoring and cutting area. The clamp has a removable protector that allows sensitive surfaces to be processed without risk of leaving any processing marks.

Thanks to the special design of the breaking device, it can be operated with one hand and allows the lock and unlock of the clamp via a ratchet mechanism. This mechanism improves the work performance of both thinner and thicker materials (3 to 21 mm without protection and up to 19 mm with the processing protection mounted on the clamp).

In addition to the flexible base plate, the 710 and 1020 models are equipped with two additional support arms to increase the support area for large-format tiles. Model 1250 has 4 support arms (two on each side).

All models in the TX-MAX range have a side stop for measuring and fixing narrow tile strips, two cutting wheels (8 mm and 22 mm EXTREME) and the traditional transport case.

The manual TX-MAX tile cutters are compatible with the entire range of PLUS cutting wheels from RUBI.

Model TX-1250 MAX, in addition to the transport case, is also equipped with a handle and wheels for easy transport on site.

* There are some ceramic materials with a thickness of more than 15 mm, which due to their physical properties, possible inner tensions or the surface coating are difficult to cut manually. It is recommended to do some test cuts to check the product suitability.
