BC45 is a device for performing a 45° quality mitre cut ("Jolly") directly on the construction site (actual mitre angle: 47°).
• The function: by leaning and sliding on the edge of the tile (or slab). It guarantees fast and precise work execution and allows for work without length restriction.
• The scratch-resistant plastic sled ensures optimal sliding on the slab / tile.
• Maximum slab / tile thickness: 16 mm (0.63 inches) with a diamond blade with a diameter of 115 mm (4 1/2 inches); 20 mm (0.79 inches) with Ø125 mm (5”) diamond blade.
• The two handles are designed to easily generate the required pressure over the entire length of the mitre cut (input, middle part, output) to ensure both optimal results and maximum ergonomics.
• Adjustment of cutting depth: By adjusting the provided buttons, the distance of the material to be removed (farther or closer to the tile glaze) can be determined. Once the adjustment is set, it remains for any tile / slab thicknesses.
• Blade tilt adjustment: A special adjustment screw can tilt the blade to prevent its back from damaging the visible edges of tiles / slabs.
• Suitable for almost all angle grinders with a power between 600 and 1100 W.
• Suitable for angle grinders with M14 tool holder
• BC45 can be used either dry (with a dust extractor) or with water (with wet cut kit Art.433PWW).
