This stone CNC Sawjet double table and bridge saw features everything a technologically advanced bridge and water jet saw must have today: 5 interpolated axes, spindle with half-inch mount with water guidance through the spindle, tilting table up to 85° (optional), vacuum manipulator system for part movement during the automatic cutting process, integrated camera, cutting blade measurement station, and stone thickness measurement probe.

Machine details
Waterjet 5 axes. This machine is a fully interpolated 5-axis bridge saw. The Y-axis movement is carried out via a portal system. This guarantees a perfect square of the bridge. Thanks to the automatic head rotation from 0° to 400° combined with the automatic saw blade tilt from 0° to 90°, it is suitable for large production volumes and at the same time lowers operating costs.

The absolute precision of the movements is guaranteed by a state-of-the-art gear on linear ball guides, driven by brushless motors via high-precision bevel gears and racks.

The CNC saw and bridge saw machine features the "Absolutely Zero" technology, which allows the machine to work without referencing.

The machine has an extremely easy-to-use user interface that facilitates the interaction between the user and the machine.

CNC bridge saw can quickly perform simple cuts manually, the machine can also import and work with DXF files (AutoCAD) and "G-Code" (RS-274 programming language for machine tools).
The cable drag chains and electrical cables used on the machine are specifically designed for use at high speeds (robot materials).

Vacuum Manipulator System The manipulator system has four vacuum suction cups that have a lifting capacity of 500 kg.

Stone thickness measuring probe and disc measuring station By measuring the exact plate thickness & disc diameter, the machine can work the plates more accurately.

Spindle with half-inch holder 1/2 inch connection with internal water supply for finger cutters, cutters etc. for engraving, polishing and for drip surfaces.

Automatic washing system The machine is equipped with an automatic plate washing device, which washes the stone before any vacuum manipulation.

On-board camera The machine comes with an integrated camera with an accuracy of +/- 5 mm. With the camera, you can take a picture of the raw plate and then import the image into the machining program to place your workpieces to avoid mistakes in the plate.
