The machine in detail:
This machine is a fully interpolated 5-axis bridge saw. The Y-axis movement is performed via a portal system. This guarantees a perfect square of the bridge. Thanks to the automatic head rotation from 0° to 400° combined with the automatic blade inclination from 0° to 90°, it is suitable for large production runs and simultaneously lowers the costs.
The absolute precision of the movements is ensured by a state-of-the-art gear on linear ball guidance moved by brushless motors through high-precision helical gears and racks.
This machine is equipped with the 'Absolutely Zero' technology that allows the machine to work without reference travel.
It has a very easy to use user interface that facilitates the interaction between operator and machine.
Simple manual cuts can be quickly performed, in addition, the machine can import and work with DXF files (AutoCAD) and 'G-Code' (RS-274 programming language for machine tools).
The cable drag chains and electrical cables used on the machine are specially designed for use at high speeds (robot materials).

The machine is equipped with an automatic plate washing device, which washes the stone before each vacuum manipulation.
Camera on board:
The machine comes with an integrated camera with an accuracy of +/- 5 mm. With the camera you can take a picture of the raw plate and then import the image into the processing program to place your workpieces in a way to avoid errors in the plate.
Table system:
The table is made of 3 layers of different materials. It is possible to block parts using practical clamping aids (included with the machine). Grooves for the clamping aids are milled into the in the central table layer & these are hooked through the table slots. This creates a very good fastening system that allows the workpieces to be fixed on the table for heavy work.
